Cheese factory Henri Willig is a fast growing independent cheese producer since 1974, which has been successful in the exclusive cheese segment. Henri Willig's cheese factory has a strong position in the national and international market for organic cheese, goat's cheese and other Dutch specialties. The total organization consists two cheese factories, three cheese farms, a wooden shoe farm and several stores in the Netherlands.
